Policies

Reservations: A reservation is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival; later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night.

Payment: Online card payments are processed by Raiffeisen Bank through RaiAccept, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway; the hotel never sees your card details. Prices are shown in your local currency for convenience and settled in EUR.

Children: Children of any age are welcome. Children over eight are charged as adults.

Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted.
